A 334m2 parkour park with 3 metre-high climbing walls is located at Lakeside Gardens at the western side of Singapore. This is the first and only Outdoor Parkour Park in Singapore so far. The Parkour Park’s flooring is constructed of the same material as playground mats which provides significant traction for parkour. Almost all of the basic and advanced Parkour movements could be drilled and practiced here.
Located at Clementi avenue 3, Block 455 on the 6th floor, this Parkour Training Spot is one of the most frequently visited by parkour practitioners in Singapore. It has walls of various heights and ramps that you could train parkour vaults, wallruns and other basic moves that you want to drill. It’s very close to Clementi Mall as well and nearby shops that you could get food and drinks to replenish yourselves.
Bishan Parkour Spot 1 is located at Block 204 Bishan St. 23 and it has a lot of walls that vary in height and width, which allows you to practice various different parkour techniques be it wall running and vaulting. Definitely a perfect spot for both advanced and beginner parkour traceurs. This is also a spot that Lion City Parkour Academy conducts our Kids Holiday Camps Singapore. Do become cautious of other people walking along the ramp if you’re doing a jump across it !
Taman Jurong Ramp Spot is located at Block 157 Yung Loh Rd and it has a large stone ramp structure which allows traceurs to practice various parkour and freerunning techniques, especially wall running and catleap 180 jumps. The stone walls are well interconnected which allows a lot of potential creative parkour lines to be done!
Punggol cove parkour spot is a go-to spot if you would like to perfect your precision jump techniques. Located at Block 199A Punggol Field, this is a parkour spot that you will love because the layout of the obstacles allow you to do a lot of running precision and plyo jumps. Throughout the parkour spot, you will also find a ramp that a lot of traceurs would practice the catleap technique with. Not forgetting to mention that this spot is a favourite for advanced traceurs to train their Flip-to-Precision techniques.
Located nearby Eunos MRT station, Blk 32 Eunos Cres, this spot features the perfect type of walls to practice vault to precision moves, especially kong pre. It features a block of walls surrounding a small fitness corner in the middle and outside of the mid height walls, you can find low stone walls you could practice precision jumps with and create a plethora of parkour flows and lines.
Woodlands treehaus is surrounded by a vibrant garden and it features a variety of low walls which is perfect to practice parkour with. It also has a lot of areas where there would be a launch area into a soft grass patch, that freerunners love to practice their flips with!
Located along Pasir Ris Dr 4, this attractive park has a variety of walls with different heights making it possible to train almost every basic parkour move. It is the perfect place to practice your wall runs and climb ups!
Located near Blk 11 Telok Blangah Crescent, this spot features a cool arrangement of ascending layers of stone walls which you can create a lot of cool parkour lines with. The possibilities for freerunning lines are endless as well!
Located at Block 617 Hougang Ave 8, this is a really nice parkour spot to practice both beginner and advanced parkour moves. Low walls, high walls and rails are all here. A lot of parkour jams have been hosted here including beginner workshops. The spot is distinct by it’s green walls and is a favourite spot for all practicing traceurs in Singapore.
Holland Village spot is one of the spots where Lion City Parkour conduct parkour classes. It’s layout is very beginner friendly and you can create a lot of creative simple flows which makes it very ideal for people starting out parkour!
